Resources
While our advisory and advocacy services are available to members only, all current and prospective homeowners are welcome to access our resource library.
In partnership with the Queensland State Government’s Department of Housing, ARPQ has been providing invaluable service as part of the “Right Where You Live” campaign. This government-funded initiative has helped ARPQ develop a series of 13 fact sheets covering aspects of life in a residential park, including the impact of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003, homeowners rights and obligations, and the process of buying and selling a residential park home.
As part of our service offering to ARPQ members, we’ve curated handy links to the following forms under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003.
