Resources
While our information and advocacy services are available to members only, all current and prospective homeowners are welcome to access our resource library.
As a partner in the government-funded Building Consumer Confidence – ‘Right Where You Live’ initiative QMHOA has developed a series of 12 fact sheets covering aspects of life in a residential park, including the impact of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003, homeowners rights and obligations, and the process of buying and selling a residential park home.
As part of our service offering to QMHOA members, we’ve curated handy links to the listed forms under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003.
